Floor system
Specially designed in conjunction with Stramit Steel Max Floor System. This makes for rapid construction time with specially designed and built connecting brackets for fast assembly.
Options allow for concrete slab builds.
Wall Panels
Pre-finished wall panels to save time in construction. External walls are available in a wide range of colours including The Printex Range. All wall panels are pre-cut before leaving the factory and are ready to assemble on site. All panels have excellent insulation properties, saving on energy costs. Walls provide additional strength over normal buildings. The kn load rating on our buildings far exceed those of a standard construction of a similar design.
Windows
Have been specially designed in conjunction with Advance Metal Industries Australia. They have been designed for speedy installation. The architraves are created with an internal profile made to appear like a standard finish. All windows frames and jambs (including architraves) are aluminium extrusions eliminating painting and providing a longer lasting powder coated finish. The windows have been designed and tested to Australian Standards AS1170.2.

Internal Door Frames
Have been designed in conjunction with Advance Metal Industries Australia. These are also fully aluminium powder coated frames with rubber seal around entire perimeter of door frame to reduce noise if the door slams. The frames also have an aluminium architrave around the perimeter to give a standard finish. The doors are fitted with heavy duty stainless steel hinges for long lasting wear.
Aluminium Skirting
This provides you a smart finish with low maintenance and high wear and tear properties. No painting required.
Insulated Ceilings
Insulated Ceilings are constructed out of 50 or 100mm insulated panel. It has a pre-painted finish for easy maintenance and double insulation properties in the ceiling. This eliminates painting and provides low maintenance.
